I’m not a hair stylist, so I’m no professional on hair products. But, I do have some favorites that I really love and wanted to share! I also don’t like spending a ton of money on products that I’m not sure I’ll like, so everything in this post is very affordable. 🙂 If you have any favorites, I’d love to hear about them too!
This Conair wet hair brush is so inexpensive, but seriously amazing. I’ve always used a comb in the shower, but this thing doesn’t pull at all on your hair and the hook is perfect for hanging it in the shower! It’s definitely one of my favorites and is more than worth the few dollars that it costs.
I think I’ve been using the Tresemme Heat Tamer Spray since high school! I either straighten or curl my hair every day, but every stylist I’ve gone to has told me you would never know and I’m sure this spray has something to do with it! Plus, it’s so easy to use and it smells great. 🙂
The John Freida Frizz Ease is perfect for those days when you can’t seem to tame the flyaways! 🙂 My mom got me these blonde hair ties and they are the only ones I have wanted ever since. I love that they blend right in with my hair! There are a ton of products for different hair colors! Find yours here: Blonde Brunette Black
I have heard of some people not being the biggest fans of Pantene, but I haven’t had any issues with it. I’ve also donated my hair a few times to their Beautiful Lengths campaign and have had good experiences. I really like this deep conditioner too! I don’t use it super frequently, only when I think my hair is feeling a little dry. I love how quick it is since you only have to leave it in for a few minutes and it definitely makes a noticeable difference! You can find it here!
These three are definitely my favorite styling tools and they are all super affordable! This pink curling wand is a fraction of the price of many other wands and it still does an awesome job!
I’ve been using this straightener for years and still totally love it. I really like that Remington has a warranty on all of their products. Though I haven’t ever needed to use it because I haven’t had any issues. On both the wand and straightener, you can control the temperature to make it higher/lower. This wand also comes with a glove to help prevent burns. 🙂
The wave creator (right) has been such a lifesaver! I got it years ago and it still works perfectly! It’s super easy because the spirals make it fool proof. This exact one isn’t currently available, but I linked a similar one here. If you’re looking for more control over the size of your curls, though, you may want to get a wand since you can’t change the spirals, of course! I usually just pull my high tighter/looser based on what kind of curls I want. But I definitely would recommend it because it has held up really well and the curls last!
Vera Bradley Flat Iron Cover
This cover from Vera Bradley has been such a life saver! It feels like we are always packing up to go somewhere and it is so great to have this cover to slide either a straightener or curling iron into. You can slip it right in even if it is still hot, making it perfect for travel! I use it all the time, though, even at home since it’s so convenient. And it’s currently on sale! So worth it!
I’d love to hear if you have used any of these or if you have any other favorites!
Thanks for reading!
